Horizon Classes

Classes and group sessions are an in-expensive way to supplement your existing training, maintain your fitness level and obtain your overall goals. Classes range from $6-$12 a session 1X or 2X a week. Class sessions run 40 to 55 minutes per class for 8 weeks and are typically limited to 4-8 people per class.

Boot Camp

Military style calisthenics, plyometrics, weight training and aerobics in a circuit style workout maximizing your workout benefiting cardio, strength, tone and firming all in one session. A high intensity, calorie burning enthusiastic workout!

Incorporates cardio work, strength training and flexibility, similar to boot camps but adds more everyday functional movements to the mix!

Yoga / Pilates

Century old poses to center the mind and strengthen the body while improving balance and flexibility. Yoga and Pilates are our most popular and longest running classes. The instructor has a large following and is well versed in many Yoga and Pilate principals.

Weight Loss 101

Straight aerobic, cardio, small weight exercises. Lots of sweat and moving. Some minimal diet advice, a good time to incorporate a diet regime.

Body Sculpting

Concentrates on difficult areas such as the abs, glutes, thighs and underarms. Cardio is a strong aspect to the class as is high intensity low level weight training!

The Athlete

Open to all participants. It is an overall body conditioning class that focuses on all aspects of making someone a better overall conditioned person/athlete. Balance, flexibility, strength, tone, cardio endurance, muscular endurance, energy, drive raw power and explosive energy.

ABS Classes

Most ab classes are structured around maximizing effort to create definition and strength in the abdominal region. Some Pilates will be incorporated as well as a high intensity level to keep heart rate up to burn calories while you build the midsection. An upbeat high intensity way to get those abs you have thought about for years. Ab classes are aggressive and are a no holds barred training class. The instructor will be pushing every minute to rip and shred your abs to the max. Before and after assessments usually provided to track progress. Our goal with our abs class is to double the amount of sit ups you can do from the start.

Tri-Training Class

This class is for those looking to start or are competing in Sprint, Olympic distance, half or full triathlons of any kind. Workouts are geared towards prime components needed to maintain optimal cardio, muscle strength and muscle endurance through the rigors of a triathlon setting. Proper gear, stretch and some nutrition included for prep. An aggressive class but a push you won't get on your own!

Strength Training 101

straight strength training. For women and men. Not “heavy stereotypical�dumbbell curls and bench press. Light to medium weights doing weight bearing activities. Some cardio thrown in to ad a well rounded routine.

Couch to 5k

A beginner class for those looking to start a first time running program. Class will include breathe training, running dynamics, proper footweat and nutrition. Class will have a 5K run at the end to participate in.
